How to make a screenshot of the entire display:
- Press Shift + Command + 3.
- The picture will be on your desktop
How to capture just a part of your screen:
- Press Shift + Command + 4.
- The picture will be on your desktop
How to record a video on your Mac:
- Open QuickTime
- Click on “File” which is located at the top of the display
- Click on “New Screen Recording” and press “Record”
- Record the whole screen, or click and drag to mark a specific part that you want to record.
